How the Index fills
Cutting a rock in a machine gives you a core (a material). The first time you get each one, it is added to your Index. Repeats do not add entries, so once your Index stalls, move to a deeper floor for rarities you have not found yet.
What the Index unlocks
| Reward | How | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Auras | Completing your Index | Official game description |
| 200x anvil | 24 Index entries (or the 499 Robux pass) | Official pass description |
| 25x, 50x, 100x anvils | An Index requirement each (or a pass) | Official pass descriptions |
| Permanent Money multiplier | Collecting every core of one rarity | Reported by Sportskeeda |
Since the Index gates the better anvils and boosts every sale once a rarity is complete, new cores are worth more to you than repeats of the ones you have. Limited stones such as Royal Relic are cut into their own set of materials; see limited stones.
How the Index screen works
- Open it with the INDEX button on the left of the screen.
- There is one row per rarity, and each row has five cores plus a reward on the right. A paused frame of the MicoSoup video shows rows counting "0/5" and a total of "COMPLETED 0/24".
- The Index also shows the chance of each core, so you can see which missing one is hardest to get.
- Completing a row unlocks an aura. In the MicoSoup video, the aura from a finished row multiplied Money by 3x. Sportskeeda and the Radex Tips video also report a permanent Money bonus for completing a rarity.
To finish a row faster, raise your Eyesight: it shows which core an uncut rock will give, so you only carry rocks you still need.
