Each stone goes into your bag and has to be cut in a machine like any other rock. The store says the cutting time still applies and no instant cut is included.

Royal Relic odds

Excalibur, the rarest, takes 20 stones on average. A 10-pack gives about a 40% chance of at least one Excalibur (1 − 0.95¹⁰), and two 10-packs (2,058 Robux) about a 64% chance. The store also says no material is guaranteed.

Nova Prism, Genesis Monolith and Sun Scarab

The store says each of these stones contains one random core and that the chances are shown in the in-game shop. They are not published anywhere else yet.

Nova Prism is also the rarest entry on the room panels in the mine, reported at 0.1% in Rooms 5 and 7; see floors. At 0.1%, that is about one in every 1,000 rocks on those floors. Whether the 49 Robux stone gives the same cores as a mined Nova Prism rock has not been published.
